Dans un repas souvent v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien les lentilles assurent un apport en prot\u00e9ines et participent de ce fait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du repas. Il existes diff\u00e9rents dal avec pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec diff\u00e9rentes lentilles. Pour une tasse de lentilles environ trois tasses d\u2019eau.
