La recette n&rsquo;\u00e9tant qu&rsquo;un vague souvenir, nous n&rsquo;avons pas utilis\u00e9 de ricotta mais de belle faisselle de ch\u00e8vre frais, de l&rsquo;ail des ours, mais pas de persil et, comme je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive au beurre, c&rsquo;est dans cette derni\u00e8re que nous avons fait cuire les morilles.
