D\u00e9couper le sommet des poivrons les vider et les laver. (Si vous avez des poivrons ordinaires, plus gros que cheux choisi pour cette recette, vous les couperez en deux dans la hauteur en veillant \u00e0 trancher aussi la queue par la moiti\u00e9.) Si vous avez choisi d&rsquo;en mettre, pelez les tomates \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante, les \u00e9p\u00e9piner et les tailler en petits d\u00e9s.  Dans un plat \u00e9mietter la feta et ajouter le hachis d\u2019ail et d\u2019\u00e9chalotes, les tomates, le persil hach\u00e9s et le thym effeuill\u00e9s ainsi que le paprika paillettes. Farcir les poivrons et les d\u00e9poser dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.
