{"id":355,"date":"2010-10-20T15:16:00","date_gmt":"2010-10-20T15:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.anyma.ch\/blogs\/cuisine\/?p=355"},"modified":"2010-10-24T07:27:15","modified_gmt":"2010-10-24T07:27:15","slug":"galettes-de-brocolis-tofu-et-sarrasin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anyma.ch\/blogs\/cuisine\/?p=355","title":{"rendered":"Galettes de brocolis, tofu et sarrasin"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>3 cs de sarrasin<\/li>\n<li>1 brocoli<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0 bloc de tofu de 200 \u00e0 250 g<\/li>\n<li>1 bouquet de ciboulette<\/li>\n<li>Epices \u00e0 choix, poivre, berb\u00e9r\u00e9, curry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Torr\u00e9fier le sarrasin \u00e0 sec dans un po\u00eale et le moudre grossi\u00e8rement dans un moulin\u00a0 \u00e0 caf\u00e9.<br \/>\nD\u00e9tacher les bouquets des pieds des brocolis, peler les pieds et cuire \u00e0 la vapeur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le brocoli soit tendre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier verser le sarrasin et ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau pour obtenir une p\u00e2te relativement \u00e9paisse. Ajouter 2 oeufs battus, le brocoli grossi\u00e8rement \u00e9miett\u00e9, le tofu\u00a0 \u00e9miett\u00e9 \u00e0 la main et la ciboulette cisel\u00e9e. Assaisonner avec un peu de sel, de shoyu et, \u00e0 choix quelques bons tours de poivre, un peu de berb\u00e9r\u00e9 ou encore un curry.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Cr\u00e8me de noisette<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>M\u00e9langer 2 cs de pur\u00e9e de noisette et 1\/2 \u00e0 1 cc d\u2019um\u00e9bosis. Assouplir le m\u00e9lange en y ajoutant de l\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une coulis cr\u00e9meux.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire les galettes \u00e0 la po\u00eale, dans un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, env 3 min par c\u00f4t\u00e9, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre joliment dor\u00e9es.
