Bien remuer de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient uniform\u00e9ment brillant de sauce.<br \/>\nGarnir d\u2019un papier \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie une grande plaque \u00e0 four. Y verser les l\u00e9gumes et les cuire 3\/4 h environ en les retournant de temps en temps.<br \/>\nIl doivent \u00eatre tendre et dor\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Les l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis peuvent \u00eatre servi avec une petite sauce r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en m\u00e9langeant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 1 cc de moutarde<\/li>\n<li> 1 cc de pur\u00e9e d\u2019um\u00e9bosis<\/li>\n<li> 1 cs de pur\u00e9e de noisette<\/li>\n<li> qq g\u00e9n\u00e9reux tours de poivres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e9langer intimement en ajoutant ce qu\u2019il faut d\u2019eau pour obtenir une sauce onctueuse de la consistance d\u2019une sauce \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Choisir un m\u00e9lange de racines rutabaga navets c\u00e9leri-r\u00e2ve carottes racines de persil Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0.
