Faire bouillir, \u00e9cumer, puis baisser le feu et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les f\u00e8ves s&rsquo;\u00e9crasent.<br \/>\npiler les graines de fenouil et les ajouter aux f\u00e8ves \u00e0 mi-cuisson avec fenouil<br \/>\nremuer de temps en temps<br \/>\nlaisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avant de r\u00e9duire le tout en pur\u00e9e.<br \/>\nsaler, poivrer.
