Remuer de temps \u00e0 autre.<br \/>\nDans une assiette m\u00e9langer la farine, l&rsquo;arrow-root et le s\u00e9same<br \/>\nFaire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale<br \/>\nRouler les cubes de tofu dans le m\u00e9lange farine-s\u00e9same et les jeter dans la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, faire revenir dans une po\u00eale un peu de gingembre et d\u2019ail hach\u00e9. Ajouter les\u00a0 shiitak\u00e9s \u00e9minc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Finition<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer les deux pr\u00e9paration et parsemer de coriandre fra\u00eeche ou de persil plat.
