{"id":699,"date":"2011-01-26T16:38:24","date_gmt":"2011-01-26T16:38:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.anyma.ch\/blogs\/cuisine\/?p=699"},"modified":"2011-01-26T16:38:24","modified_gmt":"2011-01-26T16:38:24","slug":"tarte-aux-poireaux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anyma.ch\/blogs\/cuisine\/?p=699","title":{"rendered":"Tarte aux poireaux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>P\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte sal\u00e9e, flocon d&rsquo;avoine et s\u00e9same<br \/>\nIngr\u00e9dients pour une tarte moyenne (\u00e0 doubler pour la petite plaque carr\u00e9e)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre<\/li>\n<li> 40 g de flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/li>\n<li> 3 cs de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9, (ou de graines de pavot (ou de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9, ou de courge, ou de nigelle&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li> 1 cc de sel<\/li>\n<li> 2 cs soupe de levure de bi\u00e8re en paillettes<\/li>\n<li> 3 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 petit bouquet de persil frais ou autre herbes fraiches en fonction de la saison.<\/li>\n<li> 7 cs d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs ensemble.<br \/>\nAjouter l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et un peu d&rsquo;eau pour former une p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nLaisser reposer une demi-heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<br \/>\nFoncez la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nFaire cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 blanc \u00e0 four moyen.<br \/>\nAjouter la pr\u00e9paration aux poireaux et enfourner encore 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Les poireaux<\/p>\n<p>Prendre 1 kg de poireaux, les laver et les d\u00e9tailler en tron\u00e7ons de 1 cm env.<br \/>\nLes faire revenir \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, ajouter un peu d\u2019eau, couvrir et laisser fondre qq min.<br \/>\nSaler, ajouter un peu d\u2019ajowan broy\u00e9 au mortier, de lait de soja et 1cs d\u2019arrow-root. Remuer sans cesse et retirer du feu quand la pr\u00e9paration aura \u00e9paissi.
