Ajouter un cc d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Fermer la papillote en joignant les coins oppos\u00e9s et en commen\u00e7ant par l&rsquo;angle droit on repliera celui-ci vers le haut en allant proche du poisson et on roulera toujours le papier sur lui-m\u00eame en marquant le plis \u00e0 chaque fois de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 former une torsade en croissant autour du contenu de la papillote. A la fin, on fixera le dernier plis \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un trombone .
