Si l\u2019on travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 on couper la plaque tout en gardant le riz sur le feu \u00e9teint environ 12 min jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau soit compl\u00e8tement \u00e9vapor\u00e9e.
